NEW VIDEOS FOR MEMBERS!: A BRAND NEW SECTION IN YOUR BROWNBLE MEMBER PAGE! PLUS NEW GOODIES, CHEESE PUFFS, ROASTED VEGETABLES WITH ROSEMARY AND MORE

There's something about the Holidays that makes me run on all cylinders. This is why I'm so excited to announce that just in time for Christmas, we're not only showering you with the videos for the goodies below (and another one coming tomorrow!), but we've actually created a brand new section in your members only area! We've titled it "Let's chat...", and it will be the place for you and I to sit down and talk for a bit. No kitchen, no ingredients, just a quiet time with me where you can get answers to all your questions, where we talk about healthy eating and living, how to balance the naughty and nice, where I help you lose your fear of the kitchen and take you step by step through making more vegan choices that fill your heart and your palate with joy.

We'll talk about entertaining, kitchen gadgets, ingredients, how to get your kitchen and your life organized, since in my experience all these things have to do with your eating habits and your physical and mental health. We'll talk about making more healthy choices and how to feel our best, and I help you become bff's with food and cooking again. It's basically a place for you and me to tackle the topics that matter to you, and that you need help or support with, no matter where you are along the vegan path (even if you're no where near it!).

NEW VIDEOS FOR MEMBERS! LENTIL AND MUSHROOM HOLIDAY ROAST WITH STUFFING AND A VERY BERRY GLAZE

We're so happy to finally be able to share this video with all of our Brownble members. This one is practically magic, since you turn everyday ingredients like lentils, walnuts, mushrooms and other vegetables into the most amazing roast that always knocks people's socks off. I'm seriously obsessed with this recipe and it was so much fun to do all the recipe testing for it since I got to eat it again and again for weeks! Yum! I never get tired of it.

Our very berry glaze is the perfect topping for it and is filled with antioxidants and a ton of flavor. It packs a punch! We love it as a topping for this roast but also on any of our other seitan or roast recipes. It keeps well in the fridge so it's one of those perfect make ahead dishes that will help save you time while you're cooking your holiday meals.

Fall French Toast With a Cinnamon, Maple and Apple Topping

We always spend so much time getting ready for big holiday meals. We plan our decor, get some pretty centerpieces for the table, plan our main course and go slightly overboard on the sides and appetizers, we bake pies and even cookies for a post-meal coffee or tea, but we hardly ever think of what special treat we're going to serve when we wake up the next day! This is one of those recipes that will have you drooling while you chit chat with family about the night before, or get started on those stockings.

This recipe for yummy vegan french toast is so easy, and we're kicking it up a notch by adding a very fancy topping that really takes only 5 minutes to prepare (hey! no one will know!). You'll need extra maple syrup of course and a pat of non-dairy butter too.
