With Mother's Day quickly approaching, I thought it was time to do another scrumptious compilation and share some of the delicious vegan goodies found all across the web. Pb and J Stuffed French Toast

There are matches that are made in heaven, and just off the top of my head I can think of a few: fries and ketchup, cookies and milk, chips and salsa, and yes... the famous... peanut butter and jelly. It's a childhood classic for a reason, and for me, the fun of eating means going back to those early favorites. Chickpea Crepes with Nut Butter and Banana

It's finally time for me to share one of my go-to healthy weekly snacks with you. I'm talking about delicious and high protein crepes made with... wait for it... chickpea flour! That's right! These are refined flour free, and we're adding some healthy fats in the form of nut butters for that perfect protein+healthy fats combo that is so important for feeling satisfied and especially for hormonal health in women. 

I simply love these crepes because they totally hit the spot when you're craving something sweet but you want to avoid a richer dessert. These can be made sweet with the nut butter, banana and a drizzle of agave or maple syrup, or you can also make them savory! One of the most frequently asked questions I receive is what do you eat on a daily basis as a vegan. For me it's a no brainer since I actually have more variety in my diet now than before I was vegan, but I completely understand how this can be a complete mystery to someone eating a standard meat centered diet. You won't believe how crazy things have been around here. We've been filming non-stop (did you see our brand new Christmas intro and decor?!), which also means that between video shoots there's also some final recipe testing going on, not to mention the fact that we've completely revamped the site so you can have the most user friendly experience at Brownble! Now you can see everything that's new right in the home page, we've made our blog our home page since it really is wher you and I get to hang out. We've added a recipe section where both brownble members and people wanting to find out more and cook some of the recipes in our youtube videos can get cooking asap. We've also added a brand new Christmas Recipe section with all our favorite holiday recipes. Keep checking it since we'll be adding much more right up until New Year's!
