> What exactly is brownble? 

We are a site dedicated to teaching you how to cook delicious vegan food, we support you on your vegan journey no matter where you are along the way, and we help you find balance with food, so cooking and eating goes back to being simple and delicious.

We offer great content, online cooking classes and recipes, all in full HD video, as part of our signature online membership program My Brownble, our amazing online courses, as well as through our blog, our podcast, our free content on our youtube channel and social media accounts and through the yummy newsletter we send to all our email subscribers. We want to help you get organized in the kitchen, learn a ton of time saving tips, get daily meal ideas and help you with that daily question "What should I make for dinner?". We'll help you get creative with your cooking, and make scrumptious goodies that even the most hard-core meat eaters will love. We believe it all starts in the kitchen, but then it goes beyond, so we help you find balance, improve your relationship with food, and develop new eating habits that can last you a lifetime, and love the food you're eating and the body you're in. Learn more about our programs and courses here. 

> Is brownble free? 

We offer some free content through our youtube channel, free courses, social media accounts, to our email subscribers and especially through our blog and podcast, and if you're ready to kick it up a notch we also offer paid online programs and courses, all of which you can check out here.

> Can I test out the courses and programs to see if they’re for me?

Of course! We want you to try them out for yourself and be completely happy with your purchases at brownble. In some of our plans and courses we offer a money back guarantee, and in others a free trial so you can take them out for a test drive.

> How can I cancel an ongoing subscription?

All you need to do to cancel a subscription is:

1) If you paid by credit card:

  • Log in to the online program

  • Click on the Avatar photo in the top right of the page.

  • Select Settings from the dropdown.

  • Click Credit Card Info in the top right of the page.

  • Click the Cancel button next to the subscription plan you wish to cancel.

2) If you paid by PayPal:

  • Log in to your PayPal account.

  • Click the Settings icon next to "Log out".

  • Select Manage Preapproved Payments under "Payment settings".

  • Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel.

  • Click the Cancel Subscription button.

Note: You'll still have access to the program until the period you paid for is over.

> If I've decided a product is not for me, how can I get my money back?

As long as you’re within the time frame for our money back guarantee for that particular course or program, you can ask for your money back, no questions asked.  All you need to do is send us an email to support@brownble.com with the words "Cancel subscription" in the subject line. Note: if you're sending the email from a different address from the one you signed up with, make sure to include it in the message.

> What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with all four major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) or with Paypal.

> Is my payment processed through a secure server?

Yes. Your payments are processed through Paypal or Stripe and are completely secure. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.

> Can I access my content from my mobile device? 

Yes! All our courses and programs work great on any device that supports web browsing.
