We all forget about dancing when it comes to getting an amazing workout that is both cardiovascular and improves strength and flexibility. This can be done as simply as making a playlist and moving and grooving to your own music and your own beat, or by following the videos and trainers we're introducing to you below! This amazing woman can dance pretty much anything, and she'll make you sweat, tone and not even realize you're exercising.
